After my father passed away, my mother inherited the land he owned. Since she has no plans to use it, we have decided to put it up for sale. 高台にあり、夏場は駅前よりも3℃ほど涼しく感じられます。また、土砂災害や津波、浸水の心配もほとんどありません。森が近く、田畑に囲まれた静かな環境でありながら、駅やコンビニまで徒歩20分程度という利便性も魅力です。3km先にはスーパーや飲食店、ホームセンターなどが入った複合施設もあります。季節ごとの野鳥の姿を楽しんだり、耳をすませばフクロウの声が聞こえてきたりすることもある、自然豊かな場所です。
