I cleared kudzu and other overgrowth from a residential lot that had been untouched for 20 years, made the water supply and gas usable, and lived here for about one year. Electricity has been off-grid and the toilet was a composting type, so electrical and sewer connection work has not been done. The property lies within an area served by sewer lines, and an estimate to connect electricity was about ¥300,000. There is a concrete parking space on the site. 元は一区画だった隣の敷地も売却の意向があるとのことですので、より広い土地にご興味があればお繋ぎします。
