This residential land has been untouched for 20 years. After removing kudzu roots and making water and gas available, I lived here for about a year. Electricity is off-grid, and I used a compost toilet, so electrical and sewage work has not yet been done. The area has sewage access, and the estimate for bringing electricity is about 300,000 yen. There is a concrete parking space on the property, and currently, a tiny house and a container are placed here, but these are scheduled to be removed. The rest of the land is used as a home garden with fallen leaves, charcoal, and rice bran added.

市街化調整区域内ですが、住宅の建築が可能です。定住がおすすめですが、週末に利用するダーチャやセカンドハウス用地としての使い方も素敵だと思います。

高台にあり、夏場は駅前よりも3℃ほど涼しく感じられます。また、土砂災害や津波、浸水の心配もほとんどありません。森が近く、田畑に囲まれた静かな環境でありながら、駅やコンビニまで徒歩20分程度という利便性も魅力です。3km先にはスーパーや飲食店、ホームセンターなどが入った複合施設もあります。季節ごとの野鳥の姿を楽しんだり、耳をすませばフクロウの声が聞こえてきたりすることもある、自然豊かな場所です。

元は一区画だった隣の敷地も売却の意向があるとのことですので、より広い土地にご興味があればお繋ぎします。
