このシーズ城ケ崎は東側、南側、西側の3面あります。東面は海の眺望に優れますが、昼前には日陰になってしまいます。西面は日照は昼前から夕方までと良いのですが眺望に海がありません。
ということで、今回の物件はその中間ですので、日照も、眺望も両方かなえる位置になります。
近年のリゾートマンションに共通する問題化も知れません。「駐車場不足」ですが、このマンションは、近隣に新たに駐車場を確保してその問題を解決しています。
釣り道具を片手に徒歩で海釣りができます。富戸の突堤でしたら、お子様連れでも安全に五目釣りくらいできると思います。ちょっと本格的な磯釣りも、車5分~10分くらいで数スポットありますよ。
