しかも、ここは最上階です。

眺望が良くなることは想像できますよね。
それとですね、ここのマンションに限ったことですが、最上階の天井はずば抜けて高いんです。ロフトも普通ではなく、大人が立って手を伸ばしても天井に届きません。リビングの空間がとにかく広いんです。全面ガラス張りの窓もその広さにさらに拍車をかけています。

ひかりインターネットが可能です。既に配線がされていますので、契約のみで利用できます。
伊東駅との間のバス便も1日4本もあるんです。そのバス停もマンションの道路向かいです。
本数が少ない?
自分の生活を合わせるしかないですよね。でも、無いより全然いいですよね。
<管理費安いです>
フロントにグランドピアノや受付の人が常駐するようなことはなく、温泉大浴場や卓球場、トレーニング施設などは全くないタイプです。つまり、共有設備がほとんどないことからこの廉価な管理費になっていると思われます。
<修繕積立金>
これは要注意です。
Youtubeでも説明していますが、一般のマンションに比べて少ないです。ただ、計画された大規模修繕は10年から20年に1回は行われるのですが、その時に不足分を一時金として集金される可能性がありますし、このマンションの前回の大規模修繕でも約60-70万円の集金が行われたそうです。
そんなことを計算に入れて、ご検討ください。
