It gives a surprisingly non-Sky Hills impression in a good way. Hikari Internet is available. The wiring has already been done, so you can use it with just a contract. There are also four bus services a day between ITO Station and this location, with the bus stop right across the road from the condominium. Few services? You just have to adjust your lifestyle accordingly. But it's definitely better than having none. There is no grand piano at the front desk or staff on duty, and there are no large public baths, table tennis rooms, or traini気持ちのいい風が抜ける標高900m角部屋のリゾートマンションです。
<山の上のリゾートマンション>
こちらの標高900m。100mで0.6℃気温が下がると言われていますので、海辺より6℃くらいは涼しいですね。さらに、深い森林を抜けてくる風は、都会の喧騒の中とは種類が違うかも、、、、
<間取りが違います>
この部屋は大改造をおこなったため、他の部屋と全く異なります。
クロスやフローリングはもちろんのこと、壁を抜いた間取りの変更も行っています。
いい意味でスカイヒルズっぽくない印象を受けました。
<定住者も、、、>
ひかりインターネットが可能です。既に配線がされていますので、契約のみで利用できます。
伊東駅との間のバス便も1日4本もあるんです。そのバス停もマンションの道路向かいです。
本数が少ない?
自分の生活を合わせるしかないですよね。でも、無いより全然いいですよね。
<管理費安いです>
フロントにグランドピアノや受付の人が常駐するようなことはなく、温泉大浴場や卓球場、トレーニング施設などは全くないタイプです。つまり、共有設備がほとんどないことからこの廉価な管理費になっていると思われます。
<修繕積立金>
これは要注意です。
一般のマンションに比べて少ないです。ただ、計画された大規模修繕は10年から20年に1回は行われるのですが、その時に不足分を一時金として集金される可能性がありますし、このマンションの前回の大規模修繕でも約80-90万円の集金が行われたそうです。
そんなことを計算に入れて、ご検討ください。
今後は修繕積立金を月額3,000円上げることも検討されているとのことでした。

To reach the 9th floor of Building B, you go up to the 5th floor of Building A and then transfer to the dedicated elevator for Building B. The connecting corridor on the 5th floor has a roof, but please be prepared to get wet on stormy days such as typhoons. Balcony: This room features a balcony that is about four times deeper than a standard balcony. Although it is spacious, it is fully visible from the elevator area, so privacy is not guaranteed. 過去にも何部屋か仲介させていただきましたが、新たにセザールB棟9階のお部屋を預かりました。
B棟はA棟で5階まで行き、その後B棟専用エレベーターに乗り換えて9階へと行きます。
5階にある連絡通路は屋根がありますが、台風などの暴風の日には濡れることも覚悟をしておいてください。
バルコニー
通常のバルコニーの4倍ほどの奥行きがあるのも、この部屋の特徴です。
広々しているとはいえエレベーター前から丸見えなのでプライベートは確保されていません。
盛大に洗濯物を干したり、プランターでの家庭菜園を楽しむのがいいかもしれませんね。
