自社でキャンプ場やプライベート空間として活用する予定で購入しました。購入時は平坦な部分が狭く、竹や草などが生い茂っていて薄暗い雰囲気でした。自分自身が光と風は必須だと思っているので、風が抜け、光が差し込むように、徹底的に使いやすく整備しました。竹の根も丁寧に抜いているので生えてくることはないと思います。

便利なので持っておいても良いかなとも思いますが、頻繁に使う予定が今のところなくなったので売りに出そうと思いました。

敷地までは、市道から共有持分の道を通って車でそのまま入れます。280坪という比較的広い敷地です。周りは木々に囲まれており完全にプライベート空間として活用できます。法面(斜めに下った場所)には大きめの木立がありツリーハウスやハンモックなどにも活用できます。

週末を家族で過ごしたり、一人で静かに過ごしたり、平日はテント内でリモートワークなど、アウトドア好きな方にはもってこいです。携帯の電波もしっかりと入りますし、コンビニや地元で有名な「伊都菜彩」、ホームセンター、ガソリンスタンドなど不便さを全く感じません。唐津方面だと前原インターがあり、市内に行くには今宿インターがあり、それぞれ10分ほど。

「自然の中に居ながら、街の便利さもある」という立地です。ちなみに、福岡市内までは車で30~40分ほどの好立地です。引渡時期は契約完了後すぐ可能です。
