This property was purchased with the intention of utilizing it as a campsite and private space. 敷地までは、市道から共有持分の道を通って車でそのまま入れます。280坪という比較的広い敷地です。周りは木々に囲まれており完全にプライベート空間として活用できます。法面（斜めに下った場所）には大きめの木立がありツリーハウスやハンモックなどにも活用できます。

週末を家族で過ごしたり、一人で静かに過ごしたり、平日はテント内でリモートワークなど、アウトドア好きな方にはもってこいです。携帯の電波もしっかりと入りますし、コンビニや地元で有名な「伊都菜彩」、ホームセンター、ガソリンスタンドなど不便さを全く感じません。唐津方面だと前原インターがあり、市内に行くには今宿インターがあり、それぞれ10分ほど。

「自然の中に居ながら、街の便利さもある」という立地です。ちなみに、福岡市内までは車で30～40分ほどの好立地です。引渡時期は契約完了後すぐ可能です。
