It's a lovely place surrounded by nature, but it's currently farmland, so if you want to turn it into residential 南畑は地域の中心に国道が通っていますが、大通りから見えない集落の中には作家さんの工房や軽飲食店などが点在していて個性的な魅力が潜んでいるんです。そんな南畑ですが・・、今回の土地。写真を見ていただくと奥深そうな森に見えなくもない。でも、実は徒歩5分もかからない圏内に、パン屋さん2軒にカフェに作家さんのアトリエが数件！さらにもう少しだけ歩いてもらったら小学校もすぐ！と、南畑らしい自然を堪能しながら、まさか、徒歩でも地域での暮らしを楽しめそうな立地です。土地の全貌は奥の方が木々で覆われていて、個人的にはそれが逆に秘密基地を開拓するようなワクワク感と冒険心をくすぐります。そう思うと、地域の先人たちはこんな場所に自分の理想郷を切り開いてきたのかもしれませんね。この場所なら家庭菜園付きの家やアトリエ兼自宅なんかもいかがでしょう。周りの自然の景色を眺めながらバルコニーでのんびりと椅子にもたれてコーヒーブレイクなんて最高！夜には満点の星空を楽しむも良しです。自然に囲まれた素敵な場所ですが、現在は農地扱いの土地なので宅地にする際は農地転用の手続きが必須になります。あと、敷地内には大きな樹木もあるので整地していくのもちょっと大変さもあるかもしれないし、集落の通りから土地にたどり着くまでの道幅が狭いため運転が苦手な方にはちょっとハードルに感じるかもしれません。
