A restaurant known to everyone in the Kudami area has sadly closed in May 2023. It is a beloved restaurant in the area, located close to an elementary school, post office, and public facilities.
There is a banquet hall with a large stage, a seating area for people who come to eat lunch, and a tatami room for small meetings, so there is plenty of seating, and the kitchen can be used as is.
In addition, although it is not in use now, there is the site of a driving range for golf. In the past, people who played at Murasaki Country would practice here before their round.

大きなステージのある宴会場、一般にランチを食べに来られる方が入る座席スペース、ちょっとした会合などにも使える座敷スペースなど、席数も十分確保できますし、厨房に関しては居抜きでそのまま使えます。
また、今は使用しておりませんが、ゴルフの打ちっぱなし練習場の跡地が・・。昔はむらさきのカントリーでプレイされる方がラウンド前に練習してからラウンドに臨んだそうです。
続いて、住居部分は別棟になっており、大きめな1LDK、木の温もりに包まれたリラックスできるお部屋となっています。
お風呂は中二階の様な場所に設置されており、風呂場からテラスに出てくつろぐことも可能(隣家に見えますのでご注意!)
敷地も全体的にかなり広いので、色んな事業や使い方が出来そうです。
ただ、草刈り等の維持管理にかなりの体力を使うと思います。出来れば体力のある若い世帯に託したい!!(切実)
