This is a prime location in Hakone Gora. I purchased it two years ago for a vacation home or trailer house, but due to my busy work schedule, I reluctantly have to let it go. I have done some grass cutting and tree felling, but I have not touched any construction or infrastructure. The address is in a prime area, with famous luxury hotels like Hyatt and Fufu nearby, and there is a paved road leading to it. I am significantly lowering the price, so basically, I cannot accept any price negotiations and hope for a quick sale.

The land is flat and has been leveled on the slope next to the villa area where the large character burning can be seen in front, but it is a rare piece of land that does not incur villa management fees, even though it is in a prime location. Since it is forest land, the boundaries are somewhat ambiguous, and currently, there is no water, gas, or electricity coming to this land, so please conduct your own research when building. It is also ideal for a personal BBQ area or campsite. I hope you can enjoy a leisurely time in the nature-rich land of Hakone. Please note that short-term rentals can only be operated for 180 days in this area.

There are several villas 箱根強羅の一等地です。別荘かトレーラーハウス用にと2年前に購入しましたが、本業が忙しくなり泣く泣く手離します。一度草刈りや木の伐採はしましたが、何も建築やインフラなどは触っておりません。住所は一等地で、すぐ近くにハイアット、ふふ等の有名高級ホテルがある好立地で舗装した道路もきてます。目一杯下げてますので、基本的に指値は不可で早期売却を希望します。

前面に大文字焼きが見える別荘地横の斜面を整地している平らな土地ですが、一等地なのに土地は別荘地ではないので別荘管理費などは発生しない珍しい土地です。山林なので境界もやや微妙に分かりにくく、水道やガス、電気などは一切この土地までは現在きてませんので、建築の際にご自身で調査してください。個人的なBBQ場やキャンプ場にも最適です。自然豊かな箱根の土地でゆっくりと過ごしていただければ幸いです。民泊は180日しか営めないエリアとなっています。
