We are introducing a used house with a factory in Mitsunomatago, Hasami Town, Nagasaki Prefecture.
Named after the river that splits into three, Mitsunomatago was once home to full-scale porcelain kilns after pottery stone, the raw material for porcelain, was discovered here, and it flourished as the main site of Hasami pottery, mainly during the Edo period. Even today, many ruins remain in Mitsunomatago, making it a tranquil area where history and nature coexist.
The building shows signs of wear and tear and leaks overall, so it would be difficult to live in as is, but it would also be fun to renovate or DIY to suit your tastes, or to create a new place of activity from scratch.
We are looking for someone to make use of the factory and fields behind the house, as well as the warehouse a short distance away!

We are introducing a used house with a warehouse and a field in Nagaogo, Hasami Town.
Nagaogo is located on the border between Ureshino City, Saga Prefecture and Hasami Town, Nagasaki Prefecture, and is a peaceful area surrounded by mountains.
The property we are introducing this time is located along the prefectural road connecting Hasami Town and Ureshino City.
The building has been expanded and renovated several times, and is spacious. There is also a Goemon bath in one corner of the property. The interior has deteriorated over time, so it seems that renovations will be necessary even after purchase.
It would be nice to customize the space to suit the user, such as using the warehouse as a hobby space or DIYing the main house to suit one's taste.
We are looking for users of this property that comes with a main house, warehouse, field, and Goemon bath.

The large 1800m2 site is equipped with a single-story Japanese house and a small atelier. The parking lot is large enough to accommodate four large tourist buses, making it ideal for those who are thinking of doing business in Hasami. The home, which is full of the carpenter's attention to detail, has four Japanese-style rooms, three Western-style rooms, a storage room, and a kitchen. The house is arranged in a U-shape, so it is attractive that you can naturally see the family. At the back of the large site, there is a small prefabricated atelier (about 24m2). The owner's father used it as a pottery workshop, so it is equipped with a tonpan for passing plates. It is a great facility for potters. There is a clean river nearby, and fireflies dance in May. You can hear the birds singing from the mountains, and the babbling of the stream if you listen carefully. Please consider making a new start with this attractive property. Details are also introduced in the blog.580坪の広い敷地に、平屋の日本家屋・小さなアトリエが付いています。

This property is located in a quiet mountain area in Hasami Town. The large site of about 885 m2 includes a factory, a residence, and a parking lot. When the factory was first built, it was used as a pottery studio, and it has a tonpan and painting room. The high ceilings and mortar floors make it ideal for pottery and various other manufacturing sites. There are many usable furniture, home appliances, and tools left in both the factory and the residence. We will give away what we want to use (including air conditioners and televisions!), and the rest will be removed at the landlord's expense. In addition, most of the water for daily use is spring water, and the tea and rice are said to be very delicious. It is as luxurious as having mineral water at home. We recommend this property for those who want to concentrate on making things in a quiet environment!

Nagasaki Prefecture, nestled in the southwestern part of Japan's Kyushu Island, is a captivating destination known for its rich history, stunning landscapes, and vibrant culture. The region is characterized by its picturesque coastal scenery, mountainous terrain, and historic sites, making it a unique blend of natural beauty and cultural heritage. Compared to more urbanized prefectures like Tokyo or Osaka, Nagasaki offers a slower-paced lifestyle that's attractive to those seeking a tranquil yet engaging environment. The cost of living in Nagasaki is significantly lower than in these larger cities, with housing affordability being a common highlight for potential immigrants. Properties in Nagasaki range from traditional wooden houses to modern apartments, often available at prices that are far more accessible compared to metropolitan areas, with average home prices being about 50-60% lower than in the major cities. This affordability allows for more spacious living options and outdoor areas that contribute to a higher quality of life, particularly for families or individuals seeking a peaceful retreat. Additionally, the prefecture boasts a rich culinary scene, vibrant festivals, and friendly communities that welcome newcomers. With its strong connection to both Japanese and international cultures, as evidenced by its historical ties to early foreign trade, Nagasaki Ken provides a unique fusion of opportunity and tranquility. For those looking to embrace a different pace of life while enjoying a lower cost of living, this prefecture presents an outstanding opportunity for relocation to Japan.
