This house is located almost in the center of a pentagonal island right next to the fishing port of Manase. Built in 1980, it is full of the rich lifestyle of the time. It is bubbling rich in a good way, and the richness has been enhanced over the years, giving it a nostalgic feel. When you enter the entrance, there are four steps between the entrance and the living room, and you are looking down on the living room. It is a space that feels somewhat like a lounge. All the Western-style rooms are carpeted, which真名瀬の漁港すぐ脇の５角形に張り出した島のほぼ中央にこのお家はございます。１９８０年に建てられ、当時のリッチな暮らしがムンムンしている造り。いい意味でバブリッチ、年月を経てリッチさに味わいが加わりノスタルジーすら感じさせます。玄関を入ると玄関とリビングの間には4段分の階段があり、リビングをやや見下ろす形になっています。なんとなくラウンジっぽい空間。キッチンのガスコンロは新しく交換しており、１階トイレも新しくしてくださっております。敷地内はレンガを敷き詰めてありますので、お庭の手入れも気が楽ですね、セカンドで借りたはいいけど、いざ夏場に来てみたら草ボーボーで嫌になっちゃうなんてこともありません。ペットも相談、駐車場は小さい車なら2台置けますよ。この６角形の島では釣り人をよく見かけます。釣りポイントまで約150m砂浜までも徒歩３分。海満喫できちゃいますねー。居住用はもちろん、セカンドハウス、SOHOでもご相談できるそうです。洋室は全部カーペットなんですが、それもまたノスタルジックでいいかも。
