It is a corner land close to Niseko and overlooks Mt. Yotei. I bought it as a base for camping while looking at Mt. Yotei and putting a trailer house to play on the weekend, but I decided to let it go because I had to move due to my work.

You can enjoy a variety of activities, including Niseko's ski resorts, in the surrounding area, and I think it is perfect for those who want to enjoy Hokkaido to the fullest. You can also go to the center of Kutchan Town in about 10 minutes by car, so there is no inconvenience such as shopping. Also, since it is off the main road, you can spend time in a quiet environment. About twice a year, I mowed the grass and pruned the trees. I have heard from my neighbors that you can also pick mushrooms in the fall.

There is a telephone pole nearby, so I don't think there is a problem. The gas will be in a situation where propane is used. You can draw water and sewerage, but it is a little far. Please check with the Water Works Bureau for details.

The good thing about this land is that it is a valuable land with a view of Yotei, that it is adjacent to the village road and can be easily reached by car, and that there is no obligation to access the road
ニセコに近く羊蹄山が見渡せる角地の土地です。羊蹄山を見ながらキャンプをしたりトレーラーハウスを置いて週末に遊ぶ拠点として購入いたしましたが、自身の仕事の関係で引っ越すことになってしまい手放すことを決意しました。

周辺にはニセコのスキー場をはじめ、様々なアクティビティを楽しむ事ができ、全力で北海道を満喫したい方にはぴったりかと思います。倶知安町中心部へも車で10分程度で行く事ができ、買い物など不便はありません。また幹線道路からは外れているので静かな環境で時間を過ごせると思います。年に2回程、草刈りや樹木の剪定など行ってきました。また秋にはキノコ狩りもできると近所の方から聞いております。

電気は近くまで電柱があるので、問題ないと思います。ガスはプロパンを使用する状況になります。上下水道をひくことはできますが、ちょっと距離があるとの事。詳しくは水道局にご確認ください

この土地のウリは貴重な羊蹄ビューの土地であること、里道に接道しており車で楽に行く事ができる、都市計画区域外なので接道義務が無いのが良いところ。
