It is a forest in Fukagawa City, originally owned by my grandfather, inherited by my father, and then gifted to me (I completed the ownership transfer registration myself). I have never seen or been there.深川市の森林で、元々は祖父の所有で父が相続し、私に贈与され今に至ります(所有権移転登記は自分で行い完了しています)。現地は見たことも行ったこともありません。

National Route 241 runs west from the center of Teshikaga Town, and is the "Akan Crossing Road" that runs straight to Lake Akan, with large fields and pastures along the road. From the road, you can see Mount Oakan, Mount Mashu, and Mount Mirao in the distance. The property is a former dairy farmer's land with a unique topography that borders the national highway. There is an old house in the center of the front of the property, but since electricity and water are not connected, it would be good to demolish it and develop a new area. The site is covered with Japanese bamboo grass and is a forest of birch and cherry trees, so if it is cut down appropriately, it will become a good land with open spaces on all sides. Snow fences can be seen along the west side of the road. It is about a 6-minute drive to Mashu Onsen, a roadside station that serves as a base for campers and riders, and about 40 minutes to the shores of Lake Akan.弟子屈町の中心地から西へ伸びる国道241号線は、沿道に大規模な畑や牧草地帯が広がり、まっすぐ阿寒湖に至る「阿寒横断道路」である。道路からは遠く雄阿寒岳、摩周岳や美羅尾山を望み、物件は国道に接する独特な地形の元酪農農家の土地。敷地内の手前中央には住宅（古家）があるが、電気や水道は引き込みがあるので取り壊しして新たに開拓を考えたい。敷地は熊笹で覆われ、白樺や桜をはじめ林となっているので適度に伐採すれば四方に開けた良い土地となるだろう。西側道路沿いに沿って防雪柵がみられる。キャンピングカーやライダーの基地となる道の駅・摩周温泉まで車で約6分、阿寒湖湖畔まで約40分。
