This is a fully renovated apartment with a living room of 30 tatami mats and over 100 m2. I bought it for living purposes and fully renovated it, but I'm a little tired of it, so I'm posting it in case there are people who are interested in buying it. I asked a famous designer to do the full renovation. It is reminiscent of a resort hotel overseas. I don't think there are many houses with such an innovative design and made for Japanese people. ・28 units in total, approximately 110 m2, inner balcony, good sunlight, 1.25 tsubo bath, living room of 30 tatami mats, corner room, quiet residential area, 3 minutes from IC, 8 minutes walk to the station, supermarket, pharmacy, and restaurants within walking distance. I am currently living in it, but would consider moving if the price was right.
