Located in front of a small Hiromi at a three-way intersection, it is a three-story townhouse with a characteristic location in mind. The floor plan of the store on the first floor has been partially renovated to residential specifications, but the characteristic roof and structure are almost the same as they were at that time, and the townhouse atmosphere can be seen everywhere, such as the soffit structure, the long press on the exterior walls, and the design of the Japanese-style room on the second floor. It is adjacent to the Important Cultural Property District at the foot of Mt. Utatsu, and many townhouses remain in the surrounding area. The building was originally a temple, and the old main hall retains the original layout, and the training hall and Jizo hall also remain on the premises. As it exceeds 200 m2, care must be taken when changing the use of the building, but it is possible to make use of the large space of the temple. There are many rooms, and each Japanese-style room is in very good condition.

It is a residential townhouse within walking distance of the downtown area and one step from Honda Street. There is an open space in the front yard and back, and the ventilation is good. The original atmosphere of the building can be seen in the front of the exterior and the Japanese-style room, but the rest has been expanded and renovated to create a modern space. The plumbing area is new, and it is a comfortable property to live in if it is partially renovated inside and out.
