Description

There was a building and a storage shed, but they were demolished at public expense due to the Noto Peninsula earthquake. Currently, the land is vacant. The site is spacious at 102 tsubo, but it is a flagpole lot. The width of the road in front is 12 meters, and the width of the gate entrance is 2.37 meters, so reconstruction is possible (confirmed with the city office). A shopping mall, convenience store, and bus stop are within walking distance. It is very convenient. I would appreciate it if someone could make use of it.

There is a well (unknown if usable) and a pond, and there is a water supply. If the gate is removed, it is possible to park a car in the pole part, and there is a monthly parking lot next to it (I heard it is 5,500 yen). There is also a leased land in front. Although the price is listed below, I am open to negotiations for a price reduction.

*As a rental house, it can be negotiated from 20,000 yen per month. I would like to receive 150,000 yen at the time of contract (without any deposit, etc.). If you wish to purchase after renting, it will be handed over as is... which is okay.

井戸(使用できるかは不明)・池あり、上水道あります。門壊せば、竿部分に車停める事は可能、横に月極駐車場あり(5,500円と聞いています)前に貸地あります。また、下記価格で掲載していますが値下げは相談に応じます。

※貸家としても月々2万円~相談可です。契約時に15万円~払ってもらえたらと思います(預り金等はなしで)。賃貸後で購入希望の場合は現状渡しになりますが…OKです。
