大室山、シャボテン公園に行く基幹道路に面していまして周りにはレストラン、喫茶店、各種博物館が多数あります。事業用地としても最適な立地かと存じます。伊豆高原駅から車で10分、グランバル公園から大室山方向に車で5分です。
