I don't plan to use the land in Ito City, which is close to the hot spring facility, so I will give it away. I was thinking of building a villa or apartment in Ito and living there, but I was too busy to afford it. It's conveniently located near the station, but I don't plan to use it. It's a waste, so I'll leave it at that. It is close to JR Ito Station and is a highly convenient area. From the height of the second floor, you can enjoy the ocean view to the east. The shrine is also nearby, and it is an area with a lot of greenery. In Ito City, public baths are hot springs, which are cheaper than the surrounding municipalities (Atami, Yugawara), and even people from outside the city can enter. There are a variety of hot spring facilities, from new and fashionable to old and atmospheric ones (the hot spring of the Seven Lucky Gods). How about an atelier, music studio, sculpture workshop, garage, etc.? It is a sediment disaster special warning area, and retaining wall construction is required to obtain building confirmation. If the building does not require building confirmation, it can be built without a retaining wall (it has been verbally confirmed by the Shizuoka Prefecture Atam温泉施設に近い伊東市の土地、使う予定がないのでお譲りします。

Shizuoka Prefecture, located between Tokyo and Osaka, offers a unique blend of coastal and mountain lifestyle, making it ideal for those seeking a diverse environment. Living here, you can enjoy stunning views of Mount Fuji, beautiful beaches along the Pacific Ocean, and lush tea plantations, providing ample opportunities for outdoor activities like hiking, surfing, and sightseeing. The prefecture is also home to vibrant local culture, delicious cuisine, notably its fresh seafood and world-renowned green tea, as well as traditional arts and crafts. Finding affordable housing in Shizuoka Ken is generally more manageable compared to densely populated regions like Tokyo and its surrounding areas. Prices for properties and rentals are significantly lower, with options ranging from traditional Japanese homes to modern apartments, particularly in smaller cities like Hamamatsu and Numazu. With a budget of around 50,000 to 100,000 yen per month, you can find comfortable accommodations. In terms of quality of life, Shizuoka Ken boasts a slower pace, making it attractive for families and retirees. The region has well-developed infrastructure, good healthcare, and educational facilities. Compared to other regions, such as the Kanto or Kansai areas, the cost of living is more affordable while still offering a high standard of living. Overall, if you're looking for a beautiful, tranquil place to live that balances affordability with quality of life, Shizuoka Ken is a great choice.
