While being based in Tokyo, I think it would be fun to keep a supercar as a hobby and a place to stay.

Do I need to renovate to live in?
There is no kitchen, there is no shower.
But there are toilets.
I wonder if they tried to build a shower room above the toilet on the first floor?
Since it is a room directly above the toilet, it is relatively easy to connect the water supply and drainage.
The front road is
It faces Prefectural Road No. 80 (Atami Daihito Line).
There is a lot of traffic, but the road is wide, so it is recommended to use it for business.
What is the price?
Compared to a general garage, I think the price is a little higher because there is space on the second floor.
On the other hand, the transaction amount of land in this area is about 150,000 yen / tsubo, so I think it is a bargain property considering the assessed value of the lan愛車と離れたくない・・・そうだ！ガレージの上に住めば良いよね！
好きな人にはドンピシャな、かなり面白い物件が出ました。
普通のガレージではなく２階には事務所？作業場？が２部屋あります。
東京に拠点を置きながら、趣味兼宿泊場所としてスーパーカーを保管しても楽しいと思います。
→実際にこのような使い方の人増えているんです。
居住するにはリフォーム必須？
キッチンはありません、シャワーもありません。
でもトイレはあります。
1階のトイレの上にはシャワー室を作ろうとしたのかな？
トイレの真上の部屋なので、給排水の接続も比較的容易と思います。
前面道路は
県道80号（熱海大仁線）に面しています。
交通量も多いですが、道路幅員も広いので事業用としての利用もおすすめです。
価格はどんな？
一般的なガレージと比べ、2階にスペースがある分少し値段は高めと思います。
一方でこのエリアの土地の取引額は約15万円/坪のため、土地の評価額750万円＋建物と考えればお買い得な物件と思います。
今は建築費用が高騰していますからね・・・。

A house with a view!
This property is in Fuyoudai, Makinogo.
The view at the top of 43 steps is amazing, and the Ohito fireworks festival can be seen right in front of you, so the guest said it could be fully enjoyed from inside the house.
However, it might be a bit of a struggle to go up and down the stairs every day.
(Currently, a retired couple lives there and goes up and down the stairs every day...)
So, how about using this extraordinary space as a rental villa?
The property is in an undesignated zoning area, so private lodgings and rental villas are OK.
Please get along well with the neighbors.

牧之郷にある芙蓉台（ふようだい）の物件です。
階段を43段上った先の眺望はとても素晴らしく、大仁の花火大会は目の前に打ちあがり室内からでも十分楽しめると仰っていました。
しかし毎日この階段を上り下りするのは少し大変かもしれませんね。
（現在は定年を迎えた夫婦が毎日上り下りをしながら生活をしていますが・・・。）
さて、非日常的なこの空間を貸別荘として利用するにはいかがでしょうか？
用途地域は無指定で、民泊・貸別荘はOKな地域です。
近所の方とは上手くお付き合いください。

It is a one-story house with good sunlight. The building is very beautiful. Parking is available for 2 cars. I used it very cleanly.平屋建てで、陽当り良好。建物大変綺麗です。駐車場２台可能です。大変に綺麗に使用してました。
