価格はどんな?
一般的なガレージと比べ、2階にスペースがある分少し値段は高めと思います。
一方でこのエリアの土地の取引額は約15万円/坪のため、土地の評価額750万円+建物と考えればお買い得な物件と思います。
今は建築費用が高騰していますからね・・・。

前の入居者(賃貸していたため)は消火栓前に路駐をしていたようですが厳密には禁止されていますからね・・・。

道路が50mおきに道路が拡幅されており皆さんそこに路駐をしています。

現状では車庫証明を取得するには困難なため、定住をお考えの方は軽自動車の購入を検討ください。

車が無いと駄目な気もしますが実際に車無しで3年も定住されていますからね・・・。
管理事務所から伊東駅に向かって1日6本のバスが出ています。自宅から管理事務所までも管理会社に連絡をすれば無料で送迎をしてくれます。そんなサービスもあるので車なしでの生活ができているとのことでした。

とにかく伐採
googleストリートビューを見てわかる通り数年前までこの土地は森でした。
その後約113本の木を切り倒しここまで素敵な広大な宅地へと開拓を進めたようです。
伐採した大量の大木たちは乾燥させて薪として利用しています。
※針葉樹のため着火には向いていますが長持ちはしません。
壁が無い家?
第一印象として壁が少ないイメージを受けました。
部屋のどこにいても反対側の壁からも存分に光を感じることが出来ます。
壁が少なくて地震に弱いという話ではありません。壁にダンパーが埋め込まれており、地震強い設計をしています。
