The storage shed next to the parking lot had hobby fishing gear and a work desk. Unlike storerooms purchased at home improvement stores, room-like shapes expand the range of uses. By the way, there is also a window.
There is a foot wash for dogs as soon as you enter the entrance. It is a villa that I really made according to my specifications.
A hot spring-style Izu stone bath, a bedroom without walls, and a large living room、、、。 It's been a long time since I've come across a property with a nice design in this area.

大仁ホテル真正面に位置し、狩野川を見下ろす大窓バルコニーあるんです。足元はお墓ですが、、、
不思議なデザイナー別荘です。
真上から見たら屋根は長方形ではなく台形です。眺望テラスが妙な幅に設計されたことにより屋根もこの形になったのでしょう。庭側からこの家を眺めますと、一瞬「屋根が傾いている」と錯覚してしまいます。
駐車場わきの物置小屋は趣味の釣り道具、そして作業机がありました。ホームセンターで購入する物置とは異なり、部屋のような形になっていると利用の幅も広がります。ちなみに、窓もあるんです。
ワンちゃんのための足洗の洗面が玄関入ってすぐにあります。本当に自分の仕様に合わせて作った別荘です。
温泉風の伊豆石風呂、壁のない寝室、大きなリビング、、、。久しぶりにこの地域でデザインの素敵な物件に出会いました。
そうそう、足元にはお墓があります。気になる方はご遠慮くださいね。
