家の中の家財などは片付いた状態で、すぐに住める状態です。家の周りにあった樹木も伐採しています。田舎の小さい集落の中にある、こじんまりとしたお家です。家の前の道路は比較的広く、その向こうには川が流れています。敷地は横に長く、家庭菜園が出来るスペースもあります。台所にはかまど（くど）が残されていて、囲炉裏のある部屋もあります。その他、和室が4部屋あり、平屋ではありますが、仮にご夫婦お二人で住むには十分な広さです。築年数は古いですが、状態は良く、大きな手直しも無く、すぐ住める物件です。トイレは簡易水洗です。家から離れた場所に山林もあります。それも含めてお願いしたいです。
