We have been patronized by customers for many years, the number of regular customers has increased, and we have been running it together as a family, but we are thinking of closing it in the near future due to the deterioration of the owner's chronic illness, and we would like to hand it over to someone while the facilities are good. The site is large and faces the national highway, and there are no restrictions on the use of the building after the transfer, so it is possible to start a new business or demolish it. We are coサーフィンで有名な海岸側にある創業52年目の民宿とレストランです。現在の店舗は平成4年に建てられたものです。建物自体は新しくありませんが、畳の表替えは一昨年に全部屋行い、レストランのテーブルセットは昨年新調したものです。宿は全9室で全部屋にテレビやエアコン完備です。また9室中6室は冷蔵庫も完備しています。レストラン2階部分は居住スペースとなっており、8畳×4部屋と7.5畳×1部屋の計5部屋あります。長年お客様にご愛顧頂き、常連のお客様も増え、家族で力を合わせ経営して参りましたが、店主の持病悪化のため近い将来閉館を考えており、設備が良好なうちにどなたかにお譲りしたいと思っています。土地及び設備等現状での譲渡となります。敷地も広く国道に面しており、譲渡後の建物の使用に制限はありませんので、新規事業立ち上げや解体も可能です。2026年3月末以降のお引き渡しでの売却を検討しています。世界大会が開催されるほど、サーフィンでは有名な地域です。近隣に宿やレストランが少ないため、競合他社はほぼいません。サーファー、観光客、釣り客だけでなく、ビジネス利用のお客様も多いです。自家用車用ガレージ（三台収容）と倉庫もあります。
