It is a vacant lot of about 60 tsubo. There was a time when it was used as a parking lot, but there were management issues, so I am posting this now. There are only houses in the surrounding area, and it is a quiet environment. It is a corner lot and the land is flat, so I think it is ideal for residential land. There are several cherry trees on the north side of the lot, so if you build a house, you can enjoy the cherry blossoms from inside the house in spring. It is about a 19-minute walk (about 4 minutes by car) from Banshu Ako Station. There are supermarkets (Aeon and Trial) and a home appliance store (Edion) in the surrounding area, so I think it is a very convenient location if you have a car. There is no running water on the site, so if you build a house, you will need to install it from the front road. The sewer is on the site. The gas is propane. You can also discuss renting it (40,000 yen per month).約60坪の更地です。駐車場として使っていた時期もありましたが、管理の問題などもあり、今回投稿させていただきました。周辺は住宅のみで、静かな環境です。角地で平坦な土地なので、住宅用地などに最適だと思います。敷地北側に桜が数本あり、もし住宅を建てられた際は、春は家の中から桜が楽しめます。播州赤穂駅から徒歩約19分（車で約4分）です。周辺にはスーパー（イオンやトライアル）、家電量販店（エディオン）などがあり、車があればとても便利な立地だと思います。上水道が敷地内に引き込まれていないので、住宅を建てられる際は、前面道路からの引込み工事が必要です。下水道は敷地内に引き込まれています。ガスはプロパンです。更地なので、引渡しは即可能です。賃貸でのご相談も可能です（月額4万円）。
