目の前が水元公園なので景色は最高でマンション下には桜並木です。災害時も目の前の水元公園に救援物資が届くと聞いております。6階なので水害時も安心出来る高さかと思います。マンション内駐車場は月額1,000円で借りられます。駐輪場は100円です。ただ犬や猫と暮らしておりましたので全面リフォームが必要です。バス、洗面台、壁や天井、床、ドア等も交換が必要です。2025年大規模修繕工事があると聞いております。
