I acquired this through inheritance. The land use was changed from rice field to residential land 40 years ago, and it is a long and narrow piece of land with an entrance of about 4 meters. Since there are no plans for future use, I would like to give it to someone who can manage it and use it. The road to the land is unpaved and there are some muddy parts, so it is better to park the car on the paved road in front and walk there. Because it had been left unattended for many years, it was overgrown with weeds, bamboo, and other jungle-like trees, and it was not possible to enter the land, but in June of 2020, a contractor was brought in to cut down much of it and demolish the abandoned building. There seems to still be an old septic tank remaining, so we are considering whether it can be removed. Currently, there are a large number of cut trees and other things on the site, and weeds, bamboo, and other things are overgrown. It is a 14-minute drive from JR Togane Station, a 10-minute drive from Onumata IC, and a 15-minute drive to Katakai Beach. I thought it was amazing! It was interesting! The total site is about 3900 square meters. The first phase was the restoration of three old houses. The second phase (← here now) was the sale of developed land for three houses. I was surprised when I went to the site. The site is in a great location, right next to the park. Once you step on the site, you can see the super cool old houses being restored in the bright bamboo forest that reminds you of Princess Kaguya, and you can feel the atmosphere of Kamakurayama here. I guess it's the feeling of having a house in the middle of a rural mountain. The bamboo forest on site is owned and managed by six households as a shared land, and the scenery from the time of the development of Kamakurayama in 1929 is preserved. As for the rules, there is a shared passageway set up on the total site area of 3963 square meters. There are certain rules for its use, and consent and compliance are required when purchasing the land.
