空き家を購入させて頂いた際に所有者から他にも山の土地を持っていて一緒に処分したいということでご相談を頂いたのがこの土地でした。前所有者の方曰く初めて見たとき、その景色の美しさに感動したという話でした。

確かに富山、伊予ヶ岳などの山々を望む高台の土地で景色がきれいだったこともあり、所有者の希望通り合わせて購入させて頂くことにしました。空き家の方は入居者が決まり、一緒に購入した土地でしたが、今のところ使う予定がないため欲しい方にお譲りします。写真を取るにあたり少し草を刈ってあります。

隣地にトウモロコシ畑等がある程度で民家からはある程度離れていてポツンと環境のプライベート感のある立地です。296坪の土地は段々畑のように高低差のある土地ですが、しっかり平坦部もあります。上段は360度見晴らしが良く、下段に降りるにつれプライベート感が増します。

This is a plot of land within the Nasu resort area, located slightly above Highland Park. It was purchased in 2009 with plans to build a vacation home, but due to the need for parental care, I no longer have the time to utilize it, so I would like to transfer it to someone else.
