However, since this farmland is sloped, we have introduced a machine that can automatically go up to the upper part. It is a machine that can go up and down with itself and the grapes it harvests (image like a monorail). As an important point, the upper part of the land is not the land where the grapes are growing, because the branches of the grapes are cut from the viewpoint that it is not possible to deal with the shortage of manpower. We mow the grass regularly, 東光寺の畑を相続した内容と同様に東光寺町とは別に位置しております「もう一つ」の葡萄畑でございます。場所は歩いて5分程です。敷地面積は1,525㎡と広大です。坂に面している為、平らな畑ではありません。現状、葡萄畑として収穫時期に稼働をしております。現在も葡萄畑として稼働しております為、そのまま葡萄畑として引き継ぎが可能となります。東光寺同様にこれから収穫時期になります為、お渡しは秋以降を想定しております。眺望は目の前に富士山があり見晴らしは最高です。葡萄畑を引き継いだ場合、坂になっている為、作業のし易さを考えた時に平と比較すれば多少の違和感はあるかと思います。ですが、この農地は坂になっている為、上段部まで自動で上っていける機械を導入しております。自身と収穫した葡萄を乗せて上り下り出来る機械(モノレールの様なイメージ)です。重要ポイントとしまして、土地全体に対して上段箇所は人手不足等、対応が出来兼ねる観点から葡萄の枝を切っております為、葡萄が生っている土地ではありません。定期的に草刈りは行っておりますが、葡萄畑として稼働していない事を予めご承知おき下さい。お値段も上記内容を加味した上で値付けさせて頂いております。
