Description

This land was purchased in 1993 with the intention of building a vacation home and enjoying a second house lifestyle after retirement. However, I lost the opportunity to build due to a second job and have remained in this situation until now. Regarding the purchase of the vacation land, the hot spring and water are managed by the landowners' association, and the use of the hot spring and water is free. There are many plots (204 plots), with 123 plots already built. This area is a quiet vacation land, and the land for sale is flat (200 tsubo) with a 6-meter wide asphalt road in front. The hot spring can be used at all times. The water quality is bicarbonate spring.
Grass cutting within the vacation land is done twice a year by the association for undeveloped plots.
The hot spring usage fee is free, and drinking water is sourced from underground water (inspected once a year).
The hot spring rights automatically transfer to the buyer at the time of sale, so there are no renewal fees.

年間維持管理料は、200坪所有のため75,000円(草刈り費用を含む)
