そうなんです。それにはこういう条件があります。

近隣の畑（76坪）もご購入していただくことです。金額は１万円に含まれています。
徒歩３分くらいの農地です。広さ的には家庭菜園には十分なサイズかと思います。ただ、農地を取得するためには農地法の許可が必要になります。菜園などの耕作、または、果樹の栽培など農業関連に利用する必要があります。　農地は「とりあえず取得する」ということはできません。しっかりとした営農計画が無いとダメなんです。家庭菜園レベルでも、しっかりと家庭菜園を行うことを計画できれば大丈夫です。

古家（廃墟）、その隣の物置（これも廃墟に近い）はそのまま引き取ってください。ですから、ここに家を建てるような場合には、自前で解体する必要があります。写真中コメントにも記載しましたが、ある業者さんに解体費用を見積もっていただいたところ約140万円でした。家のサイズからして自分でもできる人もいるかも知れませんね（ほんとにいるかな？）
