This land was purchased for outdoor business purposes, but due to various circumstances, I am considering selling it. I will answer questions to the best of my ability, but for specialized matters, please contact the relevant institutions. I can send any available materials, so thank you for your understanding. I have occasionally been asked to obtain things that I do not have on hand, but I would appreciate it if you could obtain them yourself. Ideally, the timing for this should be as soon as possible.

The land is a vast forest of 16,700 tsubo located right next to Saikyu Pond, which spans from Meiwa Town to Tamaki Town. Although it is a large forest, it is not in the mountains; there are walking paths nearby, and there are pavilions, parking lots, and clean public restrooms towards Tamaki Town. Within a 10-minute drive, there are supermarkets, McDonald's, home centers, etc., making it a well-accessible location. I have consulted with the local government's tourism department, and they are interested in utilizing this area as a tourist resource, so they are quite cooperative.

Currently, it is mostly a bamboo grove that has been left unattended for several decades, but there are

明和町から玉城町にかかる斎宮池のすぐ側にある山林で16,700坪と広大です。広い山林ですが、山の中ではなく側には遊歩道が整備されており、東屋や駐車場、玉城町方面には綺麗なトイレもあります。車で10分圏内にスーパーやマクドナルド、ホームセンター等がありアクセスも良い立地です。地元自治体の観光課には色々と相談済で、このエリアを観光資源として利用したいとのことですので、色々協力的な感じです。

現状、ほぼ真竹の竹林で数十年間放置されていた所謂放置竹林ですが山頂まではこれまでにどなたか上った形跡があり、人工的な道も散見されます。また、頂上付近は割と開けていて、竹よりは樹木が多いです。とにかく広いので、何度も足を運んではいますが把握できておりません。また、ライフラインはありません。デメリットとしては、斎宮池9~16号墳(古墳)が点在しており、埋蔵物が出てくることを考えると、古墳跡付近の大規模な造成工事は難しいかと思います。詳細は個別にお答えいたします。
