You can live on leased land for about 13 more years, so you can live cheaper than renting. Since it is only ground rights, the property tax is also very low. Since it is a unit bath, it is very easy to clean.
The washing machine is placed outside, but it is enclosed and can be taken in and out of the room. The room is clean and there is a sofa, cooler, refrigerator, washing machine, so you can live in it immediately (you can remove it). Since it is on the 4th floor, the view and the wind street are very good. There is also a hammock, so you can relax while watching the scenery. It is a 7-minute walk to the nearest station, and convenience stores and supermarkets are within a 7-minute walk.

借地であと13年程は住めますので、賃貸を借りるよりは安く住む事が出来ます。地上権だけなので固定資産税もとても安いです。ユニットバスなのでお掃除がとても楽です。
洗濯機は外置きですが囲いがしてあり部屋から出し入れ出来ます。部屋は綺麗でソファー、クーラー、冷蔵庫、洗濯機、もあるので、即住むことが可能です(撤去も可)。4階なので眺めも風の通りもとても良いです。ハンモックもあるので景色を観ながらゆっくり寛げます。最寄駅迄は徒歩7分でコンビニ、スーパー等も徒歩7分圏内にあります。
※管理人組合に確認した所13年後借地権が切れた時に延長するか建物を解体するか話し合いで決めるそうです。
