About two years ago, I purchased this ocean-view villa. I used to visit frequently for leisure and overnight stays, but due to family circumstances, I haven't been able to go as often, and I've started considering selling it. The building was constructed in 1955, but it is not in bad condition and can be repaired with DIY efforts. However, the water facilities are unusable, and as it stands, it cannot be lived in. Since the purchase, I have laid sheets on all the floors and reinforced some of the interior and exterior pillars and walls. Electricity can be used if contracted, but the water pipes are old and need to be replaced. A temporary toilet might be easier to set up. There is a garden of about 30 tsubo and a dilapidated shed. There are no noticeable leaks. There is only one dresser and a simple bed on the second floor, with almost no remaining items. This area in Aomori Prefecture has relatively little snow, making it easier to visit even in winter. Being by the sea, it is rare for temperatures to exceed 30 degrees in summer, making it a hidden summer retreat. The view from the second floor is particularly stunning, with the Tsugaru Strait in front, and Hokkaido and Shiriyazak2年程前に、オーシャンビューの別荘にと購入しました。毎月のように訪れて遊んだり寝泊まりとかしておりましたが、家庭の事情でなかなか行けなくなり、売却も考えるようになりました。建物は昭和30年築ですが、それほど痛んではおらず、DIYでも直せる程度です。ただ水周りは使用不可で、現状ですと居住は出来ません。購入以降、床を全てシートなどを敷き、内側外側の柱や壁を所々補強してきました。電気は契約すれば使えますが、水道管は古いので取り替える必要があります。トイレは仮設トイレの方が簡単かもしれません。30坪くらいの庭と、ボロの小屋があります。目立つ雨漏りはありません。箪笥1つと2階に簡易ベッドがある程度で、残置物はほとんどありません。青森県内でもかなり雪が少ない地域で、冬でも比較的訪れやすいです。海辺なので夏でも30度以上になることは稀で、隠れた避暑地だと思っています。

特に2階からの眺めは絶景で、目の前に津軽海峡、遠くに北海道、尻屋崎方面が見渡せます。波の音をひたすら聴けます。オーシャンビューの別荘をお探しの方に是非ご検討頂きたいです。国道から20mほど、幅2mほどの通路を通ってたどり着きます。軽自動車と5ナンバーの車なら入れます。標高は4mで、海辺から少し上がった所にあり、津波の心配はそんなに無いです。物件自体は現状渡し、引き渡しの際は建物内の私物を大体片付けます。

海の絶景と、日当たりも良く、固定資産税はかかりません。バス停まで徒歩1分です。建物が古く、現状では住めないので、倉庫、キャンプ、釣りの拠点に適しています。駅からは遠く、海風の影響を受けます。
