Fukuoka Prefecture, Omuta City | 11 minutes by car from JR/Nishitetsu "Omuta Station", this land is located in a tranquil residential area close to Ariake National College of Technology and is available for 0 yen. Currently, the land is under my mother's name. Lot 110 was the land where my father's family home and garden were located, while lots 122 and 123 are outside the gate, where I remember there being a tool shed and a home vegetable garden. (*Note: Lot 123 is excluded as it is a public road.) The house has been removed, but garden stones remain. There is a fence remaining between lots 110 and 122. Additionally, lot 123 faces the road, and its tax classification is a public road. If the road is expanded, the portion that must be set back is exempt from property tax. All three lots are located in an urbanization area. I would like to transfer the property to someone who can make use of it.
