Description

There is a house toward the back of the lot, and the neighboring property has a pine grove. Beyond the large pine trees Mount Fuji can be seen faintly, which I personally find to be a picturesque view. (For reference, the Mount Fuji photo on the website was taken from a corner of the site.) The land was originally sold as part of a villa/holiday-home subdivision, but about ten houses are scattered around the area, so the living environment is not bad. There is also a garbage collection station. To drive a car from the one-way road onto the property there is a height difference of about 50 cm; the site is on a gentle slope, so land leveling/earthworks will be required.
