This property was acquired through inheritance and has seen little use. It was formerly farmland where the owner’s parents grew crops. When I visited the site in December 2024, I found a few leftover items such as buckets and some dead grass. I have no plans to use the land going forward, so I would like to transfer it to someone who can manage and make use of it. Please note that the boundary lines are unclear, the parcel has been unused for a long time, and it is located in a depopulated area. With these points in mind, I am looking for someone willing to take this land.

I would like to transfer the property to a buyer who will perform sufficient on-site inspections and legal/title investigations before purchase. The owner does not have detailed knowledge of the site, so the sale will be on an "as-is" basis and the seller will be exempt from contractual liability for nonconformity.

Boundary markers were visible to the naked eye, but no accurate survey by a professional has been conducted.
