This is a detached house in Nishiumifuto, Shika-cho, Ishikawa Prefecture. It was affected by the Noto Peninsula earthquake in 2024, but the damage to the property was minor because it is a single-story house with solid ground. Since there is a shortage of lodgings in the disaster-stricken areas, we obtained a license to operate as an inn for reconstruction supporters, so we have already obtained a license. Unfortunately, we are not able to do so, so we are considering transferring it as it is. If it is used as an inn, minor renovations will be necessary, but I think it can be operated quickly. Currently, it is not a private lodging with a limited number of operating days, but can be operated 365 days a year. Of course, it can also be used simply as a residence. There is also long-term rental demand due to demolition and construction of temporary housing. It is an old house built about 80 years ago. It is a traditional Nakanoto house in a district that prospered from fishing. The beauty of the beams and ceilings smoked with soot from the hearth would take a tremendous amount of time and effort to get a new one.
