This is the house inherited from my deceased mother. The land is 832㎡ (252 tsubo), and the building consists of a part of a house built in 1949 (Showa 24) measuring 50㎡ (15 tsubo) and a house renovated in 1974 and 1977 (Showa 49 and 52) measuring 166㎡ (50 tsubo). Additionally, 20 years ago, some parts, including the entrance area, were remodeled. There are also two storage buildings: a large one measuring 7㎡ (8.3 tsubo) and a small one measuring 4㎡ (1.5 tsubo). Although it is an old building, I believe the pillars and other structures are solid.

All belongings have been removed. It has been vacant for about 10 years, so renovations will be necessary for living. The property is equipped with water supply and drainage, and the toilet is flush. It is possible to connect to Shika Town cable television. Please note that the property will be handed over as is.

The Noto Peninsula earthquake in 2024 caused damage to the roof tiles and walls. Confirmation of details will require some time.

This is an approximately 80-year-old traditional house located on the Noto Peninsula. It is a luxurious house built for fishermen in a prosperous fishing area. The living room was originally a loft with a sunken hearth, and we plan to expose the strong beams by removing the ceiling. The original materials are of good quality, so the structural parts are basically solid. The garden, earthen storehouse, and barn provide all the necessary elements to enjoy the traditional house.
