There was previously a leak, and some tiles have been replaced for repairs.能登半島にある築80年ほどの古民家です。漁業で栄えた地区の船乗りの家で贅沢な造りとなっています。居間は元々吹き抜けになっていて囲炉裏があったと聞いています。当方は天井を抜いて力強い梁を現しにする予定でした。元々の素材が良いため構造的な部分は基本的にしっかりしています。庭、土蔵、納屋と古民家を楽しむのに必要な要素が揃っています。バスルーム、トイレなど水まわり設備は以前にリフォーム済み。障子を貼り替えて、日焼け防止のカーテンを外すだけで見違えるようになります。以前、雨漏りがあり修繕のため一部瓦の吹き替えをしています。

海までは徒歩5分ほど。散歩がてら釣りができます。堤防からはカサゴ、メバル、ソイ、イシダイ、クロダイも釣れます。秋はアオリイカ釣りが楽しいです。夏に潜れば魚影も濃くスピアフィッシングに最適です。サーフポイントも近くにあり、海と一緒に楽しめる方なら理想に近い暮らしができると考えています。
