This is a detached house in Nishiumifuto, Shika-cho, Ishikawa Prefecture. It was affected by the Noto Peninsula earthquake in 2024, but the damage to the property was minor because it is a single-story house with solid ground. Since there is a shortage of lodgings in the disaster-stricken areas, we obtained a license to operate as an inn for reconstruction supporters, so we have already obtained a license. Unfortunately, we are not able to do so, so we are considering transferring it as it is. If it is used as an inn, minor renovations will be necessary, but I think it can be operated quickly. Currently, it is not a private lodging with a limited number of operating days, but can be operated 365 days a year. Of course, it can also be used simply as a residence. There is also long-term rental demand due to demolition and construction of temporary housing. It is an old house built about 80 years ago. It is a traditional Nakanoto house in a district that prospered from fishing. The beauty of the beams and ceilings smoked with soot from the hearth would take a tremendous amount of time and effort to get a new one. The fittings are Wajima lacquer, and you can feel the charm in the shoj石川県志賀町西海風戸の戸建住宅です。

This is an old house built about 80 years ago on the Noto Peninsula. It is a luxurious structure, a sailor's house in a district that prospered from fishing. I heard that the living room was originally an open-ceilinged room with a hearth. We planned to remove the ceiling and expose the strong beams. The original materials are good, so the structural parts are basically solid. There are all the elements necessary to enjoy an old house, such as a garden, storehouse, and barn. The bathroom, toilet, and other water-related facilities have been renovated before. Just replace the shoji screens and remove the sun-protection curtains to make it look completely different. There was a leak in the past, so some of the tiles have been replaced to repair it. It is about a 5-minute walk to the sea. You can go fishing while taking a walk. You can also catch rockfish, rockfish, black rockfish, ishidai, and black porgy from the embankment. In the fall, it is fun to fish for bigfin reef squid. If you dive in the summer, the fish are dense and it is perfect for spear fishing. There is also a surf point nearby, so if you can enjoy the sea, you can live a life close to your ideal. Also, the sunset ov能登半島にある築80年ほどの古民家です。

Ishikawa Prefecture, located on the western coast of Honshu, offers a unique blend of cultural richness, natural beauty, and affordable living that appeals to those considering relocating to Japan. Known for its historical cities, such as Kanazawa, Ishikawa is famous for traditional crafts, stunning gardens like Kenrokuen, and delicious seafood, particularly its high-quality sushi. Compared to more populous prefectures such as Tokyo or Osaka, where property prices can be exorbitantly high, Ishikawa presents a more affordable housing market. Additionally, Ishikawa boasts a slower pace of life, cleaner air, and a strong sense of community, which can be appealing to those looking for a more tranquil environment. The local government has also made efforts to attract newcomers, offering incentives and resources for immigrants.
