I was attracted to the "24-hour flowing hot spring" feature and purchased it. After repairing the interior and exterior, I registered it as a vacation rental, but I became too busy with my main job to manage it. 温泉料金について、権利金・加入料は物件価格に含んでいます。使用料金は供給量によって月額1万円くらいから使用できます。使用量ではないので、24時間出しっぱなしでも同一料金です。水道代、ボイラー代がかからないので経済的です。

浴室は洗い場、浴槽共に家庭用としてはかなりの広さがあります。2階8畳を寝室にしています。吹き抜けのため一般住宅とは違った雰囲気があります。1階には6畳間×2、10畳のDKがありますが、キッチンは簡易的な作りです。
