It is said that it is shared from the inn next door, but according to the owner, the cost is a fixed amount of 30,000 yen per month. 古いです　VS　リフォーム面白いです
３階建てです。
旅館の顔の部分（入口からフロント周り）はいい感じです。がしかし、２階、３階の客室や通路は古さを十分に感じます。３階に至っては通路に傾きも感じます（現場でご確認ください）
その一方で１階のお食事処はリフォームされて魅力的な空間が広がっています。ちょっとした小グループの個室が数か所あります。
風呂、、、、温泉ですが、その温度はあまり高く無いようでボイラーで再加熱する必要がありそうです。お隣の宿から分けてもらっているとのことですが、費用はオーナーによると月額３万円の定額とのこと。
現在の宿の形でそのまま営業するのは少し無理がありそうです。ハード的にもソフト的にもひと工夫した新たなコンセプトでの運営が必要なように思います。
屋内温泉風呂、露天風呂、プール、中庭などネタはあります。あとは、どうやって磨くかにかかっている物件かなと思います。

でもトイレはあります。
1階のトイレの上にはシャワー室を作ろうとしたのかな？
トイレの真上の部屋なので、給排水の接続も比較的容易と思います。
前面道路は
県道80号（熱海大仁線）に面しています。
交通量も多いですが、道路幅員も広いので事業用としての利用もおすすめです。
価格はどんな？
一般的なガレージと比べ、2階にスペースがある分少し値段は高めと思います。
一方でこのエリアの土地の取引額は約15万円/坪のため、土地の評価額750万円＋建物と考えればお買い得な物件と思います。
今は建築費用が高騰していますからね・・・。
