A safety net you can rely on when in need of food, the food pantry. We, Hiroppa, are active with the hope that children will carve out a bright future. We are looking for a base essential for food pantry activities, with a storage space of 20 square meters and a venue of 30 square meters (enough for two parking spaces). Together with the owners, we want to continue supporting local children to walk the lives they choose freely.食に困った時に頼れるセーフティネット、フードパントリー。私たちひろっぱこどもたちが明るい未来を切り拓くことを願って活動しています。
フードパントリー活動に不可欠な拠点として、保管場所20平米と開催場所30平米（駐車場２台分ほど）を探しています。オーナー様と共に、地域のこどもたちが自由に選択した人生を歩めるよう応援し続けたいです。

Using 20 years of creative experience with friends, I want to turn an empty house in Soka into a place for the next generation. I hope to create a space for fun people to gather and foster future creativity. For 20 years, I have been running a studio with fellow active creators in Soka City. Rooted in the local community, we aim to produce craft beer that can only be made here, originating from Soka, Saitama. We aspire to open a craft beer brewery and taproom that will serve as a place of relaxation for everyone in the historic town of Soka. We want to create a space where local residents can casually stop by, enjoy a beer, and engage in conversation with one another.地元に根ざし、「ここ」でしか作れないクラフトビールを埼玉草加から発信していきます。

A home where "living" and "working" are combined right next to the bed in a bedroom town, with zero commuting time. I am looking for an owner who will work with me, an architect, to advance the business together. As work styles change, more people are working from home without commuting or juggling multiple jobs.
