I used this property as a summer retreat, but because it is far away and I rarely use it, I would like to transfer it. Shionoe, once called Takamatsu’s inner retreat, is a nature-rich area where hot spring water flows directly from the tap. Although the building is aged, it is livable as-is, and renovating would make it more comfortable. The photos show the unit empty, but some personal items remain; the seller will remove them if they are not wanted.

There is also approximately 100 tsubo (about 330 m²) of woodland nearby (annual fixed property tax about ¥500). This can be included if desired. The asking price is shown below. The exterior has a classical design and there is a balcony (1.50 m²). Storage space is ample. There is no private washing machine space; a shared washing machine is provided in the first-floor lobby. If used as a primary residence for an extended period, the management fee will be increased by ¥3,000. The property is located in a quiet, nature-rich setting.
