This is a field inherited from my parents. It is land only. It can be handed over after September 2024. I would like to give it to a farmer who is engaged in farming. It is 2,284 tsubo in area, has been developed, and faces the road. There are 5 plots of rice paddy and field land totaling 7,552 m2, of which 2 plots (rice paddy and field) of 3,614 m2 are rented to relatives.
