It is a pet-friendly condominium that I bought with the feeling that every day is a resort. I used to live with dogs and cats, but I decided to move to Nagano Prefecture, which is rich in nature, to try self-sufficiency. Since it is in front of Mizumoto Park, the scenery is the best, and there are cherry blossom trees under the apartment. I have heard that even in the event of a disaster, relief supplies will be delivered to Mizumoto Park in front of you. Since it is on the 6th floor, I think it is high enough to rest assured even in the event of flood damage. Parking in the condominium can be rented for 1,000 yen per month. Bicycle parking is 100 yen. However, I lived with dogs and cats, so I need to completely renovate it. Baths, washbasins, walls, ceilings, floors, doors, etc. also need to be replaced. I have heard that there will be large-scale repair work in 2025. Mizumoto Park is right in front of you, so you can rest assured even in the event of a disaster. Pets are allowed, and the manager also lives in the apartment. The police box is also about 100 metres away. The bus stop is a 1-minute walk in front of you, and the popular eel restaurant is right in front of you.
