I own a traditional house in Tottori City. The location is in a quiet, upscale residential area famous in Tottori City. It is a corner lot with roads on the front and side, making it highly valuable.

Currently, it is rented to a woman at a low price of 20,000 yen per month. Since she is on welfare, the rent is paid directly from the city office, providing peace of mind.
