I want to sell immediately as I do not have the financial resources to build a villa. There is Sakakibara Onsen, one of the top three hot springs in Japan, nearby in a highland villa area in Mie Prefecture. It is a subdivision located at an elevation of 350 meters in Aoyama Highlands. The scale of the villa area is large, with 880 lots available. It is about 4.1 km from Sakakibara Onsen-guchi Station. Additionally, there is a hiking course at Higashi-Aoyama Station's Shiki no Sato. Facilities within the villa area include a pool, golf practice range, two tennis courts, parks, and more.

This time, I will sell three adjacent lots together. The total area is 1639㎡ (496 tsubo). The property has a south-facing slope, and parking can be created during construction.
