This is a piece of land that I bought with the dream of building a small house and enjoying a leisurely, fun rural life with my wife. It is a redeveloped housing complex that has been rezoned, and there are a fair number of houses built there. It is close to the Meihan National Highway (5 minutes by car from Mibuno IC), and it is easy to get to Osaka. However, it is a residential area where a car is essential, as it is a 6-minute drive or 45-minute walk from the nearest station, Sanagu Station on the Kansai Main Line. Unfortunately, I am selling it because I have taken over the family business and am busy with my hobby of fishing, so it seems that my dream is unlikely to come true.
