Renovating alone turned out to be more challenging than expected, and I have decided to transfer it free of charge. The property is 52 years old and is currently vacant. After the transfer, the following costs will be incurred: Basic management fee: 20,900 yen/month, Common service fee: 3,300 yen/month (Total: 24,200 yen/month), Reserve fund and hot spring ownership burden: 3.3 million yen. This will be refunded upon transfer of ownership. If there is someone who can take over, I will bear the costs for the sales commission and property rights procedures. I am looking for someone who can take over with this understanding.
