It was built in 1978 and is the parents' house of a former farmer in the countryside where my parents lived. It is a land with an old house (delivered as is), and 両親が住んでいた1978年築で田舎の元農家の実家です。2015年に空き家になり、年に1,2回片道3時間かけて帰省して草刈や掃除をしていましたが、2020年から3年間はコロナ禍で現地に行く事が出来ず雑草が伸び放題になっていました。昨年秋に宅地周辺の雑草を刈取り、残っていた家財道具をすべて処分しました。遠方に居住しており今後住む予定もなく、空き家の維持管理が難しくなったので、有効活用していただける方にお譲りしたいと思います。

物件の所在地は、車で三原久井IC（山陽自動車道）から約3分、山陽新幹線三原駅から約20分、広島空港から約25分の距離です。また、郵便局まで約2分、セブンイレブンまで約3分、スーパーまで約15分、公立総合病院まで約20分です。電気は中国電力、水道は三原市上水道、ガスはプロパン、風呂は電気給湯器、トイレは水洗で単独浄化槽を設置しています（2015年から全て使用停止）。NTT西日本の電柱が宅地のすぐ横にあり電話回線やインターネットへの接続は容易です。

近隣には、「くりーむパンの八天堂」のパン作りが体験できる八天堂ビレッジ、阪井養魚場、桜の名所「御調八幡宮」、宇根山天文台があります。
