A few years ago, I lived there until I had my current house while renovating, and I bought it to rebuild it and make it my final home in the future. I liked the environment very well, but my child was bullied and I couldn't fit in to school after that, so I now have a new house in another area. It is a land with an excellent environment. I heard that the shrine's family originally lived there. 環境が抜群に良い土地です。元々、神社の神主家族が住んでいたと聞いています。荷物はある程度片付けますが、基本現状渡しで少しでも高く買って頂ける方にお譲りします。駅まで数分の本町で、角地になります。家の側の小さな小川を挟んだ隣は町民プールです。一番近い家でも30～40mほど離れていますので、音への苦情はないはずです。

工房やリノベーションが趣味の方、シェアハウス、庭が広いのでプライベートキャンプ場などができます。また、100万円ほどかけてフェンスを設置し、大型犬を飼育していました。庭の半分をドッグランにしておりましたが、町の河川敷工事にあたり、現在のドッグランが使用不可になりました。使用するにはフェンスを貼り直す必要有ります。また大雪による木製フェンスの傷みも出ています。前住人の方はガーデニングが趣味で、私達が譲り受ける少し前に、家の周りを60センチほど黒土に総入れ替えしたとの事で、ドッグランにしていない土地の半分は、掘れば綺麗な土が出てきます。広い物置もありますので家庭菜園をされる方にも良いと思います。由仁駅からは1時間程で苫小牧へ行けますので、のんびり汽車に揺られ、気軽に新鮮な海鮮を食べに行けるのが魅力です。イマイチなところは、そのままでは住めず家の修繕が必要な事くらいしか思い浮かびません。

町の河川敷工事にあたり、現在のドッグランが使用不可（フェンスを貼り直す必要有り）になります。大雪による木製フェンスの痛みも出ていますが、現状渡しとします。建物は大規模な工事が必要でそのまま使用は出来ません。
